What is a leader?
The most influential leaders are those who are experienced
by others as fully authentic. They inspire with their passion and purpose.
They are continually seeking insight into themselves and others and acting
in ways that make the world a better place. Such leaders can be found
at all levels and have the greatest potential to make a difference in
the lives of their fellows, their organizations and their communities.
Integral Leadership
Integral Leadership is a way of being as a leader. The
Integral Leadership program builds on authentic strengths and transform
leaders from the inside out. It draws on every area of life – mental,
physical, emotional and spiritual. It enables leaders to fully integrate
‘who they are’ (being) with ‘what they do’ (doing).
It aligns leaders with ‘true north’ and unleashes their power,
in service to community and the world.
Framework
We all cycle through predictable stages of development
over the course of our lifetimes. The Integral Leadership program mirrors
these natural stages: insight, endurance and action. It follows the progression
from I (who am I, really?), to WE (who am I in relation to others?), to
IT (who am I in relation to the world?). By the end of the program, Integral
Leaders have created tools and practices to self-generate. They keep the
learning alive by engaging in communities of practice, accelerating their
organizational impact.
Outcomes
Integral Leaders build strength from within. Self-knowledge
and self-responsibility are the cornerstones of growth. Integral Leaders
are continually expanding their deepest sense of who they are and what
they stand for. They have the courage and insight to let go of old behaviour
patterns and the humility to accept their less desirable shadows. As a
result, they lead by example and their authenticity is an inspiration
